Details to include with your iPhone inquiry
Open Settings → General → About for your model name and capacity. Model names such as iPhone 13, iPhone 14 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max help distinguish devices that look similar. Include the storage capacity in your inquiry rather than guessing the value.

Used, cracked, and older iPhones
We welcome inquiries about used iPhones, older iPhone models, and damaged iPhones. Describe repairs, replaced parts, liquid exposure, and whether the phone powers on. A damaged phone needs an individual assessment; submitting a form does not guarantee a purchase.

Activation Lock and protecting your information
Back up your iPhone before transferring it. A phone still linked to Find My or an Apple Account can be locked to its previous owner. When you are ready to complete a sale, follow Apple’s official instructions to sign out and erase the phone. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or Apple Account credentials in the form.
An IMEI identifies the cellular device, but it does not replace an ownership check. Keep it private and share it directly only if our team requests it.
